At West End Firewood, we stand behind the quality of our firewood products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Important Refund Policy:

Refunds are only available before the firewood is dumped at your designated drop-off location. Once the firewood has been delivered and dumped, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for orders that are cancelled or modified before the firewood is dumped at your drop-off location. This applies to both delivery and pickup orders.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before delivery/dumping for a full refund
  • Order Modifications: Changes to your order (quantity, product type, delivery date) can be made before delivery/dumping
  • Contact Required: All cancellations or modifications must be authorized by contacting us at 774-813-7378 or bruce@westendfirewood.com
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)

Refund Process

Once your cancellation or refund request is approved (before delivery/dumping):

  1. 1. We will cancel the delivery or pickup order
  2. 2. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method
  3. 3. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable After Delivery

Once the firewood has been dumped at your designated drop-off location, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. This policy applies regardless of the following circumstances:

  • Firewood that has been dumped at your drop-off location
  • Firewood that has been moved, stacked, or relocated after delivery
  • Firewood that has been used, burned, or partially consumed
  • Disputes about quantity or quality after the wood has been dumped
  • Changes in weather conditions after delivery
  • Custom orders or special arrangements made specifically for your order

Delivery Charges

If you cancel your order before delivery, delivery charges will be refunded as part of your full refund. If the delivery truck has already been dispatched but has not yet dumped the wood, delivery charges may still apply depending on the circumstances.

Quality Issues Before Delivery

If you have concerns about the quality of your firewood order before it is delivered and dumped, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any quality issues before delivery. Once quality concerns are raised before delivery, we can cancel the order and provide a full refund.
